Arepas are corn meal pockets similar to the pita in shape and function.

This traditional Venezuelan food can be baked, fried or grilled.

Arepas come in a package of 2, just warm it up and fill with your favorite cheese, beans, vegetables or meat. They are gluten free and perfect as a meal or snack any time of the day.
